Serving as the voice of business since 1953, the Federal Way Regional Chamber works on behalf of its broad and diverse membership. As it works to promote economic prosperity in the South Sound region, the Greater Federal Way Chamber has outlined Strategic Initiatives for its comprehensive program of work, 2014-18.
Grow and diversify overall membership dues revenue and retention percentage of membership accounts with goal of 30% market share and 80% retention rate
Provide support for a prosperous regional economy through community and business partnerships and initiatives along the Seattle-Tacoma corridor
Provide value and service designed to support business growth and development in order to grow and retain membership and increase member participation
Develop and Implement a comprehensive brand strategy based on messaging in order to raise the general level of awareness and value of the Chamber as a successful business network with a regional scope of work.
Align resources and staff to the priorities the Chamber in order to establish business continuity for the organization
