As it works to promote economic prosperity in the South Sound region, the Greater Federal Way Chamber has outlined Strategic Initiatives for its comprehensive program of work, 2014-18.
Grow and diversify overall membership dues revenue and retention percentage of membership accounts with goal of 30% market share and 80% retention rate
Provide support for a prosperous regional economy through community and business partnerships and initiatives along the Seattle-Tacoma corridor
Provide value and service designed to support business growth and development in order to grow and retain membership and increase member participation
Develop and Implement a comprehensive brand strategy based on messaging in order to raise the general level of awareness and value of the Chamber as a successful business network with a regional scope of work.
Align resources and staff to the priorities the Chamber in order to establish business continuity for the organization
