COMMITTEE INFORMATION:
Staff: Camille Stimpson
Meetings: Fourth Wednesday of every month
Times: 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM
Purpose: The Ambassadors are an enthusiastic, friendly, and highly-visible group of individuals that volunteer their time to recruit, retain, promote, and educate Chamber members. This energetic group serves as meeters and greeters at monthly events, welcomes members who are new to the Chamber, and assists the Chamber staff in engaging and retaining current members. To become an Ambassador, you must be a member in good standing of the Federal Way Chamber.
Selection: Each month, one outstanding Ambassador is recognized as Ambassador of the Month, awarded a plaque, and is profiled in the Chamber newsletter. This award is based on a points system, with points being earned for attending events, assisting Chamber staff, referring new members, and contacting current members. Once a year, all Ambassador points are tallied and an Ambassador of the Year is recognized. This person receives a special introduction at the Chamber Annual Meeting, special plaque and an additional profile in the Chamber newsletter.
